What Does the Procedure Involve?
Combined Mastopexy and Augmentation
The procedure combines a breast lift with implant placement. Excess skin is removed, and the nipple is repositioned higher on the breast mound to restore a youthful position.
Implant Placement
An implant is placed behind the breast tissue or under the chest muscle, depending on your anatomy and aesthetic goals. The choice of implant size and profile is discussed during consultation to achieve your desired look.
Skin Excision and Reshaping
Excess skin is removed to create a perkier shape. The breast tissues are reshaped and supported to provide optimal contour and projection with the implants.
Post-Operative Support
A surgical bra is worn for several weeks to provide support during the healing process and help the implants settle into their final position.
Risks & Considerations
- ⚠Capsular Contracture: Scar tissue around implant hardens, potentially affecting appearance and comfort
